Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a strong plus.
• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred, but not required; company will support licensing.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the agency management system.
