Qualifications

• Active California P&C (or Personal Lines) license required.
• Verifiable track record of insurance sales and production.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present customized coverage solutions across auto, home, life, and commercial products.
• Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure clients are properly protected and identify coverage gaps.
• Proactively generate new business through referrals, networking, outbound outreach, and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare accurate quotes and follow up consistently to convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain detailed and compliant client records using agency systems.
• Cross-sell additional products to strengthen client relationships and improve retention.
