Qualifications

• Minnesota Property and Casualty licenses required.
• Life, Accident, and Health licenses optional as a secondary credential.
• Prior sales, customer service, or relationship management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office tech.

Responsibilities

• Meet with community members to discuss financial goals and insurance needs.
• Develop personalized protection plans for clients’ futures.
• Educate clients on how insurance products protect families and assets.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins.
• Network within Lakeville and surrounding areas to build a steady pipeline of opportunities.
• Provide ongoing service to adjust coverage as life changes.
