Farmers Insurance District Office seeks an insurance sales professional in Minnesota to generate leads, meet with clients, and present tailored insurance solutions. You will build lasting relationships, educate clients on coverage options, and work toward sales targets in a collaborative team environment.

The role offers a base salary with commission, opportunities for bonuses, and a Monday–Friday schedule with potential for remote work and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus.
• Licenses for Property & Casualty, Life & Health or willingness to obtain them.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand insurance needs and present products.
