Farmers Insurance in Minnesota is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to join our team in Hutchinson. You will work directly with customers to understand their insurance needs and connect them with coverage solutions that fit their situation.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training, licensing support, and resources to help you learn the industry and obtain the necessary licenses.

• License not required initially; licensing support and guidance provided.

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand insurance needs and connect them with appropriate coverage.

• Proactively follow up with leads, identify sales opportunities, and grow customer relationships.
• Meet with customers to discuss their needs, answer questions, and identify potential coverage opportunities.
