The role supports ongoing training, licensing where needed, and opportunities across multiple locations in the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul Area. This is a dynamic position with commission and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain state licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
• Experience: Insurance sales or customer service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
