Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a results-driven sales professional for our Bloomington, IL branch to drive new business and steward existing members. You will build relationships, identify referrals, and close insurance and financial product opportunities.

The role offers base pay plus incentives, comprehensive benefits, and a structured ramp-up plan to support you as you grow your pipeline and book of business.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments.
• Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch; meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct comprehensive policy reviews to assess risk and coverage gaps, quote and issue policies.
• Build and maintain rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries promptly, support customer satisfaction.
