Auto Club Group (ACG) seeks a driven sales professional in Arlington Heights, IL to drive growth through insurance and financial product sales. You will develop your client base, build relationships, and leverage community networking to uncover opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active state Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments.
• Health and Accident licenses as deemed necessary.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products; meet or exceed sales targets and incentive plan expectations.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews to assess risk, identify gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting guidelines and regulations.
• Build rapport with members and clients, respond promptly to inquiries, and support customer satisfaction and trust in the AAA brand.
• Engage in local events to prospect, expand referral networks, and identify cross-sell opportunities into Travel and Financial Services.
