Responsibilities

• Develop new personal, commercial, farm, and other insurance business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to meet evolving insurance needs.
• Review customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Manage and grow a book of business while maintaining strong customer retention.
• Participate in local networking, marketing, and community activities to build awareness and generate new business.
• Work closely with underwriting, product training, marketing, and leadership to support customer and business needs.
• Meet production, retention, and growth expectations while following a proven development program.
• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and community outreach
