Job summary

Western Community Insurance Company is seeking a motivated, community-driven Insurance Agent to join our local agency in Everett, WA. You will help clients secure the right coverage while building relationships with farms, families, and small businesses.

In this role you will prospect for new clients through networking and referrals, engage in community events, and develop tailored insurance solutions. A license is required or willingness to obtain one; farming familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of being a self-starter.
• 5+ years in sales, customer service, or business development; insurance experience a plus
• Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
• A background or familiarity with farming or agriculture is a plus
• Strong ability to communicate and problem-solve

Compensation

$66,000 at plan commission

$66,000 per year
