Job summary

Arlington/Roe is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead initiatives in Nebraska, focusing on expanding agent awareness across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines bindings, and Professional Liability. The role requires travel across the territory and a solid 5+ years in Property & Casualty insurance, with preference for candidates in Omaha or Lincoln.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Ability to travel around the territory.
• Great customer service and willingness to make phone calls.
• Must educate agencies on Arlington/Roe’s offerings including Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.
• Excess and Surplus Lines experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop future growth plans for the NE state with the underwriting team.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with NE agents through visits, calls, and email.
• Onboard new agency partners for NE.
• Provide agency training on systems, products and procedures.
• Identify key partners and high-potential agencies for quarterly outreach.
• Develop strategies to increase new business production and hit ratios.
• Travel with the NE underwriting team for meetings and visits.
• Coordinate with underwriting and production leadership for growth opportunities.
• Engage with core carriers and trade associations to extend Arlington/Roe’s presence in NE.
• Assist with agency management projects and address payment issues as needed.
