Qualifications

• 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Ability to travel around the territory.
• Great customer service and willing to make phone calls.
• Must educate agents on Arlington/Roe’s areas and products.
• Excess and Surplus Lines experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth plans for Nebraska with the underwriting team.
• Maintain NE agent relationships through visits, calls, and email.
• Onboard new NE agency partners.
• Provide agency training on systems and products.
• Identify high-potential agencies for quarterly outreach.
• Create strategies to increase new business and hit ratios.
• Travel with NE underwriting team for meetings and visits.
• Coordinate with underwriting and leadership for growth.
• Engage with key carriers and trade associations to extend brand.
