Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Competitive drive with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Willingness to start within six weeks.
• Experience building or training a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial interviews to assess client needs and clearly explain available insurance policy options.
• Support local American Legion and A.M. Vets as requested.
• Perform field underwriting with integrity.
• Ensure all medical and necessary forms are completed and submitted.
• Arrange payment methods with applicants.
• Follow up on client claims and process insurance policy requests.
• Maintain scheduled follow-ups with clients for ongoing support.
• Establish and support team members to achieve agreed KPIs.
• Become a subject matter expert in senior insurance solutions.
• Recruit and train a team of insurance professionals following approved guidelines and training.
• Maintain a competitive, fun, and inclusive work environment.
