Qualifications

Proven success in commercial insurance sales and new client acquisition.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop revenue-producing teams.
Strong prospecting, relationship management, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Advisors to achieve production goals.
Drive revenue growth through personal production and new business opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to move prospects through the pipeline and close business.
Partner with World leadership to expand market presence and foster continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and leverage platforms to manage opportunities.
Provide comprehensive client solutions leveraging World’s platform of services to drive cross-selling.
