Job summary

A-MAX Insurance is seeking an energetic Office Manager to join our Huntsville team. This in-office role ensures daily operations run smoothly, coordinates scheduling, underwriting, and coaching, and supports agents with insurance policies and customer service.

You will work closely with upper management, enforce company policies, and help drive sales strategies while maintaining strong client relationships. A-MAX offers comprehensive benefits and licensing assistance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years insurance sales experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months of lead/supervisory experience.
• Limited Lines license required, P&C preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store on time.
• Schedule, underwriting, training/coaching, reporting, and delegating tasks to agents.
• Maintain communication with upper management and ensure policy adherence.
• Assist customers with policy changes, payments, renewals, and reinstatements.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk.
• Support daily COVID safety routines and office housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
