Qualifications

• 1-3 years Insurance Sales Experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months of Lead/Supervisory Experience.
• Limited Lines License required; Property & Casualty (P&C) preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing and deposits.
• Sales mentality with a strong desire to succeed.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and learn Company software.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store on time.
• Schedule, underwriting, training/coaching, reporting, and delegating tasks to agents.
• Maintain open communication with upper management.
• Ensure agents adhere to Company Policies and Procedures.
• Assist customers with insurance needs: policies, edits, renewals, and payments.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk.
• Support daily COVID safety housekeeping.
