Job summary

Canyon Creek Financial is seeking an Insurance Sales Specialist and Training Consultant to help local business leaders protect their people while mentoring new teammates with patience and purpose. You’ll manage your own schedule, build meaningful relationships in person, and drive long-term partnerships in your community.

As an independent contractor, you’ll balance autonomy with team support, earn uncapped commissions plus bonuses, and have licensing support to obtain required state

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or client-facing experience.
• Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus.
• Excellent communicator who builds trust naturally.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales.
• State Health License (or willingness to obtain—licensing support and reimbursement provided)
