RISE Financial is a rapidly growing leader in supplemental insurance solutions. We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to drive sales, exceed targets, and lead training for new team members to thrive in our proven environment.

You will engage in sales activities, mentor staff, and collaborate with leadership to align strategies and performance expectations. This role combines hands-on selling with formal training responsibilities within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in face-to-face environments.
• Strong background in sales training or coaching with onboarding success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to motivate others.
• Growth mindset with the ability to teach and implement processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple trainings.

Responsabilités

• Actively engage in sales activities to meet individual and team goals.
• Lead training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to sales staff to improve performance.
• Track trainee progress and provide feedback to drive results.
• Translate sales processes into effective training modules.
