Job summary

Relation Insurance is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Production and Sales Development teams and manage client touchpoints. You will help execute the sales process, develop creative ideas, and coordinate media and styles to meet objectives.

The role requires creative flair, knowledge of industry software, and strong time, cost, and deadline management. You will work closely with sales, underwriting, implementation, and client stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in sales support or related role.
• Experience with sales, insurance operations, underwriting, or brokerages preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new business and renewal opportunities in CRM.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and next steps for clients.
• Prepare proposals, renewal packages, and presentations.
• Coordinate communication among sales, underwriting, and client stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings and document action items.
• Maintain sales records and documentation.
• Support business development and onboarding for new clients.
