The Juris Agency in Washington State is seeking a Sales Representative to handle high-volume outbound calls, qualify leads, and close insurance sales. Your income reflects performance through base pay plus uncapped commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty License preferred, not required to apply.
• Life & Health Insurance License preferred, not required to apply.
• This is not a remote position; must reside in Washington state and work in office.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound sales calls daily to prospects and leads.
• Follow up consistently with new and existing leads by phone, text, and email.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking and lead follow-up.
• Educate customers on insurance products and recommend coverage based on their needs.
• B2C and B2B sales; quote policies, overcome objections and close sales.
• Build long-term client relationships and manage your sales pipeline.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and targets.
