Responsibilities

Learn and develop knowledge of auto, home, life, and specialty insurance products.
Obtain required insurance licenses (company-supported).
Shadow and partner with Sales Managers and Sales Agents.
Conduct customer needs analyses to identify coverage opportunities.
Assist with prospecting, outreach, and lead generation activities
Support quoting, proposal development, and new business processing.
Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage customer interactions and pipeline activity.
Participate in community events and networking to promote the Comparion brand.
Develop and execute prospecting and Centers of Influence (COI) strategies.
