You will build a strong local network with in-person relationships and address customer needs directly.

This role emphasizes listening and empathy as the initial contact for customers, with licensing training provided for Property & Casualty and Life insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections and educate customers in a consultative manner.
• Self-starter with desire to learn and grow in a professional sales organization.
• Professional business acumen with confidence and presence.
• Team player open to new ideas and collaboration.
• Willingness to earn a state insurance license with training and support in Property & Casualty and Life.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales techniques to prospect and initiate new business sales.
• Assist in processing new business, including contacting customers to finalize sales and service transactions.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for the Sales Agent.
• Contribute to and execute a marketing plan with the Sales Agent.
• Meet monthly goals for new business sales.
• Complete follow-ups on new policies to maintain retention and cross-sell.
