Michael Homans State Farm Agent in Cumming, GA is seeking an Insurance Sales and Service Representative to write new business, service existing accounts, and grow a real book of business with structured training and a clear path to advancement.

You will manage customer accounts end to end, review coverage gaps, and bring in new business through calls and referrals while meeting sales and service targets in a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — insurance training and licensing provided.
• Able to move between sales goals and customer service throughout the day.
• Speaks clearly and confidently on the phone.
• Detail-oriented and reliable about follow-through.
• Willing to earn the required insurance licenses.

Position Overview

This is a full-time Insurance Sales and Service Representative career opportunity with Michael Homans State Farm in Cumming, GA for someone who wants to write new business and take care of the customers they win. You will learn to sell, service, and grow a real book of business, with structured training and a clear path to advance.

Pay range: $75,000-$100,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
