Lara Insurance Agency of Wilmington, CA and Torrance, CA is seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Representative to grow the business through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experience.

Base salary is $40,000 per year with first-year commissions around $20,000; top performers earn up to $90,000 with commissions. In-person sales and bilingual Spanish/English are preferred, with licensing costs covered by the employer.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• At least 1 year insurance experience.
• Property & Casualty license preferred; must obtain within 60 days; costs covered.

Responsibilities

• Process insurance quotes.
• Make sales presentations
• Close sales
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Establish client relationships and follow up with them
• Maintain a strong work ethic
