Leta Hankins Insurance, an award-winning Allstate Agency in the greater Seattle area, seeks an Inside Insurance Sales and Customer Service Representative. This role offers a base salary of $48,000-$60,000 plus commissions and bonus opportunities, with monthly commissions ranging from $300 to $10,000.

The successful candidate will educate customers on Allstate products, handle policy changes, and drive new business while working in a supportive, growth-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a Washington Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license (no prior license required).
• Online assessment must be completed after applying to be considered.
• 1+ year of in-office customer service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong computer skills to navigate various programs and systems.
• Multilingual candidates are a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Take inbound sales calls to quote new insurance policies (Auto, Home, Life).
• Conduct outbound prospecting to existing clients and lead sources.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and secure new business.
• Educate customers on Allstate products and protection solutions.
• Comply with Allstate underwriting, document collection, and office procedures.
• Manage sales requests, cancellation requests, and customer inquiries within designated timeframes.
• Help customers with changes to their existing policies.
