Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is required or preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with desire for growth and advancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships with current customers.
• Build relationships and expand opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation in the agency management system.
• Establish rapport with clients and advise on the best insurance products for their needs.
