Job summary

Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC in Madera, CA is hiring an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products. You will grow earnings through uncapped commissions and optional health, homeowners, and other lines.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (will be supported to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers and offer auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the agency management system.
• Be a trusted advisor to help clients choose the best insurance products.
