Job summary

Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is hiring an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) in California. The role sells nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with inbound leads and walk-in traffic.

Qualifications

• A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred, but we’ll support you in obtaining one.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service with a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: solicit new business while maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
• Build Relationships: engage customers and offer auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Ensure Accuracy: maintain records in the agency management system.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: provide guidance to help clients choose suitable products.
