Confie's Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is hiring an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) in Ceres, CA. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers while growing earnings with homeowners and health insurance products.

A friendly, driven attitude and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a plus. You will receive comprehensive paid training and licensing, on-going mentorship, and a wide benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• License support provided to obtain Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships to exceed sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers and offer auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation in the agency system.
