Job summary

Oasis Insurance in Baton Rouge on site is seeking a Store Manager to lead the sales team, drive daily performance, and grow the business through strong customer relationships. You will coach staff, meet production targets, handle escalated service issues, and ensure Store Operational Excellence (SOE) in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
• Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Executes all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).

The pay range for a Store Manager is $16.00- 22.00 + / hourly

Our Compensation package includes a competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions + renewal commissions + monthly bonus incentives
