Job summary

Confie and its family of companies are seeking a Sales Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers on site. The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent service.

The position offers uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, continuous training, and a strong growth track within a large, multi-brand insurance broker network.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience is required or preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production targets.
• Accurately account for currency transactions and ensure deposits are sent to the bank with documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.

The pay range for a Sales Agent is $12.50-$15.87 + / hourly

Our Compensation package includes a competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions + renewal commissions + monthly bonus incentives

What You Will Do:

• As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible primarily for the sale of nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels in order to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet the agreed upon production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions as well as timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
• Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships. Ability to educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs

The Perfect Match:

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
