trainwell partners with leading insurance agencies to recruit and place licensed insurance producers in high-growth sales roles. As an Insurance Producer, you will be employed directly by one of our agency clients, joining a team that leverages trainwell's sales training and coaching platform to maximize your performance and professional development.

This role is focused exclusively on selling insurance policies—no customer service, claims, billing, or policy servicing duties.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound lead flow and closing insurance sales.

As an Insurance Producer, you will be employed directly by one of our agency clients, joining a team that leverages trainwell's sales training and coaching platform to maximize your performance and professional development. This role is focused exclusively on selling insurance policies—no customer service, claims, billing, or policy servicing duties. You will work quality leads provided by the agency, allowing you to concentrate on building relationships and closing sales without the need for cold calling or purchasing leads.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sell Property & Casualty (P&C) policies, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella insurance, and Life & Health (L&H) policies, such as term life, whole life, final expense, and supplemental health coverage
• Engage with prospective clients using agency-provided quality leads to drive new business
• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve production targets aligned with your active license line
• Collaborate with agency leadership and participate in ongoing sales training and mentorship programs

Total Compensation (Base + Commission): OTE $80,000-$120,000+

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Active Life and Health insurance license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound lead flow.
• Experience advising clients on insurance coverage.
• Experience closing insurance sales.
• Openness to mentorship and ongoing sales training
• Experience working with agency-provided leads
