Job summary

GEICO Local Office Edison, NJ, is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent who can connect with individuals and families to offer the protection they need and guide them through policy choices with clarity.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and build lasting relationships while leveraging hands-on training and a positive, proactive mindset. A New Jersey Property & Casualty license is required.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A genuine desire to help people and build lasting relationships.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Explain policy details, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively.
• Process new insurance applications and endorsements accurately.
