Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance is looking for a driven, community-rooted Insurance Sales Agent for our Chesterfield office. You’ll help your neighbors protect their homes, land and livelihoods. Your earnings will grow with the relationships you build.

Your Earning Potential: No Ceiling

Average First-Year Total Compensation $52,000 – $125,000

Base Salary $37,000 – $52,000 (dependent upon location and established book of business)

These are real average first-year earnings across our agency network. Total compensation includes base salary, commissions and performance-based earnings, so how much you make depends on your effort and the relationships you build with members. There is no cap on what you can earn.

• Prior sales experience (any industry) is helpful but not required
