Job summary

Abdelaziz Agency is looking to hire motivated individuals for a sales career in the insurance industry. Regardless of prior sales experience, we provide ongoing training and support to help you build a successful business and customer relationships.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for career growth and disability insurance. You will learn to quote and close insurance sales while developing strong client connections.

Qualifications

• Be coachable and eager to learn new skills.

• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Build relationships from a cold start and develop rapport.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Property & Casualty license is preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives.
• Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other leads.
• Develop insurance quotes, present, and close sales.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Cross- and up-sell financial products during customer contacts.
• Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
