The Richard Beda Allsate Agency is seeking energetic individuals to join our fast-paced insurance sales team. You will work with a dynamic group focused on growing careers through a proven sales process and strong support from the agency.

• Prior sales experience.
• Willingness to learn, be intuitive and coach-able.

• Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to build relationships from a cold start.
• Highly self-motivated.
• Must be able to pass the Property and Casualty State Exam.

Responsabilités

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Generate insurance quotes.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Be a great team player.
