Job summary

Insure Online is seeking a driven insurance salesperson with a proven track record in Personal Lines P&C sales. You will be supported by Executive Management and expected to lead by example, drive growth, and deliver results in a competitive market.

Your duties include increasing sales on Retail and Online platforms, setting production goals for yourself and producers, coaching the team, and managing office operations. A strong knowledge of SEO and online marketing will help attract new business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exemplary Personal Lines P&C sales.
• Experience working with SEO and online advertising partners to develop strategic plan on increasing production.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a fearless and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills.
• Ability to juggle many activities and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to network and build relationships.
