Job summary

Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company, is seeking an Agency Sales Coordinator to prospect for new customers and meet with current customers to sell Insurance products across a defined geography in Minnesota. The role supports appointing new independent agents and accompanies them on sales calls while helping to set up and present the business.

• Must have Life, Accident and Health license prior to appointment.
• Strong prospecting and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet sales production targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers and sales through field prospecting, referrals, leads, target marketing, direct contact, and current Combined policyholders.
• Build customer relationships and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Meet a minimum of 75% of personal production for the year as an agent and sales standards set by Agency to remain affiliated.
• Field train and accompany assigned Independent Agents as needed.
• Support new/existing agents in setting up business, appointments and presentations.
• Mentor established agents by conducting field training or accompanying them during sales visits.
• Report operation issues promptly when setting up a new piece of business.
• Execute the Sales System to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
