This role emphasizes relationship building, professional communication, and collaboration with underwriting partners to ensure smooth applications and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty license.
• Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
• Comfort with modern insurance management software and digital documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Westminster and Carroll County market trends.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and protection goals.
• Analyze current coverage gaps for prospects and provide tailored, clear policy recommendations.
• Manage and nurture a growing book of business through consistent client outreach and policy reviews.
• Coordinate with underwriting partners to ensure accurate applications and timely processing.
• Participate in local community events and networking opportunities to increase the agency's visibility.
• Resolve client inquiries and billing questions with a focus on empathy and timely service.
