Qualifications

• Maryland Property & Casualty license required.
• Proven experience building client relationships in sales.
• Familiarity with agency management software.
• Strong verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to review existing policies and up-sell appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients to explain coverage options.
• Review existing policies to ensure adequate protection.
• Draft clear quotes addressing family and small business needs.
• Collaborate with staff to onboard new policies and process claims.
• Participate in local community events to raise agency presence.
• Stay updated on insurance regulations to provide accurate advice.
