Qualifications

• No insurance experience required; we’ll teach you insurance and sales.
• Willing to obtain Indiana Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses immediately.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and goals.
• Recommend personalized insurance solutions for auto, home, life, disability, and related products.
• Generate and follow up on leads from referrals, marketing, and agency opportunities.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Participate in daily coaching, sales training, and team development.
• Build referral relationships that increase both customer value and your income.
