Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous insurance, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional service to existing customers.
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, payments, and coverage questions.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through until resolved.
• Create a warm, positive experience across phone, text, email, or in person.
• Review accounts and identify gaps in protection.
• Educate customers about appropriate insurance products and options.
• Document conversations and follow-up activities.
• Work with team members across Muncie and Fishers offices.
