Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Multitasking to handle high volume of time-sensitive requests with effective prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Assists producers with clerical/administrative work including post-event emails, application processing, information gathering, special projects, and other tasks as needed.
• Represents the best interests of the producer to clients, carrier reps, and coworkers maintaining the positive relationship built by the producer in written and verbal communications.
• Maintains updates and other records in CRM and assists with application preparation and payment collection.
• Communicates updates and changes to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Utilizes phone system capabilities including warm transferring and conferencing calls, and manages multiple calls simultaneously.
• Enters and follows up on endorsement requests and other customer service requests, learning the BIL processes/departments.
