Job summary

You will collaborate with internal partners to meet service levels, issue policies, apply complex premium payments, and ensure compliance with state and regulatory guidelines while supporting efficiency and customer service goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Issues policies and puts policy in force, assembling policy documents for delivery.
• Works with internal partners to resolve new business and underwriting data needs.
• Processes and applies complex premium payments and initiates transfers or exchanges from outside carriers.
• Adheres to and documents suitability reviews per state/regulatory guidelines.
• Identifies opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
