Qualifications

• Sales experience in various environments is preferred.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, prospect for new business, and proactively contact prospective and existing customers.
• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend insurance products and services.
• Follow up consistently on leads and quotes and ask for the business.
• Work toward activity and production goals across Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional, accurate, and responsive communication.
• Maintain documentation and follow through on customer commitments.
• Contribute to agency growth and long-lasting customer relationships.
