Job summary

Quayle Insurance Agency is seeking a driven Insurance Sales Representative to sell commercial and personal lines. You’ll utilize internal leads and generate new business through outside marketing, networking, and community outreach. No experience? We’ll help you get licensed; drive and coachability matter most.

This role offers salary plus bonus/commission, with a Monday–Friday schedule and hands-on training to build lasting client relationships and a strong book of business.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Self-starter mindset with ability to prospect and market outside the office.
• Willingness to obtain required state licensing if not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Sell and cross-sell commercial and personal lines insurance policies.
• Work and convert internal lead sources.

Quayle Insurance Agency is looking for a driven, self-motivated Insurance Sales Representative sell both commercial and personal lines insurance. This is a role for someone who isn't afraid to hustle — you'll work provided leads from internal sources, but you'll also be expected to get out of the office and generate your own business through active marketing, networking, and community outreach.

No insurance experience? No problem. We're happy to help the right candidate get licensed — what matters most to us is drive, coachability, and a genuine interest in helping people protect what matters to them. We offer salary plus bonus/commission.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty insurance license preferred — we’ll help you get licensed if you’re not there yet

• Entry-level candidates welcome; prior insurance sales experience is a plus but not required
