Job summary

Quayle Insurance Agency is seeking a driven Insurance Sales Representative to sell commercial and personal lines. You’ll utilize internal leads and generate new business through outside marketing, networking, and community outreach. No experience? We’ll help you get licensed; drive and coachability matter most.

This role offers salary plus bonus/commission, with a Monday–Friday schedule and hands-on training to build lasting client relationships and a strong book of business.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Self-starter mindset with ability to prospect and market outside the office.
• Willingness to obtain required state licensing if not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Sell and cross-sell commercial and personal lines insurance policies.
• Work and convert internal lead sources.
• Proactively generate new business through outside marketing, networking, and community outreach.
• Build long-term client relationships focused on retention and referrals.
• Provide accurate, needs-based recommendations to clients.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and carrier requirements.
