U.S. Xpress is seeking an Insurance Specialist to provide high-level insurance support to the Director and Managers in the Risk Management department. The role involves coordinating with Legal, brokers, and carriers, preparing renewal documentation, and maintaining policy files.

You will manage RMIS data, assist audits, and prepare loss run reporting while collaborating across departments to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field, insurance, finance, or risk management.
• Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Legal on insurance policy language for various entities.
• Prepare and analyze documentation for insurance renewals.
• Coordinate with brokers and carriers for policy renewals.
• Audit and reconcile monthly billing for Workers' Compensation.
• Maintain filing system for all insurance policies and billing.
• Issue Certificates of Insurance using online portals.
