Marsh is seeking an Insurance Risk Analyst to join the Specialty Insurance Operations team in Detroit, MI. The role is onsite with clients and involves coordinating documentation, logs, and risk-related processes.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in commercial insurance or risk management, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process certificates of insurance and proof-of-auto-insurance letters.
• Maintain policy and binder logs and coordinate follow-up with brokers after expiration.
• Support policy reviews by completing standard templates and organizing documents.
• Maintain accurate records and lead annual document inventory reviews.
• Coordinate business continuity activities and quarterly meetings.
• Submit and monitor ServiceNow requests through completion.
