We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Restoration Marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the vital link between insurance providers, property owners, and our restoration services. Duties

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to target insurance companies, adjusters, and property managers for restoration services
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling, to establish new business relationships and nurture existing accounts
• Utilize CRM software such as Luxor to track leads, manage agent, adjuster, and property manager interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
• Engage in B2B sales efforts by presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs, emphasizing the value of our restoration services
• Assist in the coordination of social media initiatives and participate in marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness within the insurance sector

Experience

• Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles with a focus on service-based industries
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and fostering long-term partnerships
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
• Experience in business development within the insurance or restoration industry is a plus but not mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively, including warm calling techniques to warm leads
• Knowledge of marketing strategies related to technology sales or service promotion is desirable
